Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy describes how Darksy OÜ (“we”) handles information in connection with the website darksy-ou.com. Our applications have their own privacy policies, provided inside each application and on its store listing; this document does not cover them.

What this website collects

The website has no accounts, forms, comments, or analytics. We do not use cookies.

• Theme preference. If you choose a light or dark theme, the choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
• Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver the page and protect the service, such as your IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp. We do not receive individual visitor logs. Cloudflare’s processing is described in its own privacy policy.

Email you send us

If you write to business@darksy-ou.com, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We use them only for that purpose and do not add you to any mailing list.

Legal basis and your rights

We process the data above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

We will update this page when our practices change. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.
